This is the first version open to everyone based on JZ4775 Android-4.3 code.

The full name of the version is ingenic-android4.3.0-kernel3.0.8-mensa-v1.4-20131023. The later code release will follow this naming convention.

The basement of this release is android-4.3_r2.2 on AOSP. We’ve made slight modifications on the scope of multimedia, Bluetooth and display, which are necessary for achieving functional requirements and fixing bug.
